Borinda KR 7662

A newly introduced species from Zi Ben Shan, Yunnan, China via Ness Botanical Gardens.

Botanical details yet to be established.

Non - running.

Appears to be fairly vigourous and is likely to mature at 5/7m.

Canes have an attractive bluish - grey waxy bloom in their first year but later fade to a straw colour. 

Graceful willowy foliage and may possibly be an  alternative to Borinda papyrifera.

Effective as a specimen plant or can be used for screening.

Very limited stocks.
