An alternative clone of this upright, non-running species.
Possibly shorter and more dnse than the type and ideal for a low screen.
A new introduction from China suitable for sun or light shade.
Height around 12ft.
Distinctive glossy leaves, possibly smaller than those of the type.
Plentiful, closely spaced green canes, eventually becoming pale yellow.
Has tolerated -15C.
Suitable for all purposes but exceptionally useful as a decorative screen for small gardens.
